Booking terms and conditions

Payment:

  • Only one room at the Manawan Inn: 100% when booking;
  • Packages and other tourist services: 20% when booking; 80% at the latest on the day of arrival. The deposit is non-refundable, but transferable to another date (if canceled at least 72 hours before arrival) or transferable to another person. In both cases, the reservation cannot be extended beyond 12 months from the date originally scheduled.

Manawan Tourism accepts payments by checks in Canadian dollars if paid at least 15 days prior to arrival and credit or debit cards (Visa and MasterCard-Eurocard). If payment is made by credit card, the full payment will be taken from the same credit card used for the deposit.

Last minute reservations: Last minute reservations (less than 24 hours before arrival) will be accepted depending on the services available and must be fully paid by credit card, debit or cash.

Travel Documents:

A PDF file will be sent by e-mail giving you the details of your stay.

Cancellation:

All cancellations must be made by email, mail, phone or in person at least 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise, full payment will be required.

Canada Immigration:

It is the responsibility travelers coming from a country other than Canada to make sure they have the required papers (passport and / or visa) to enter Canada.
